Shake off that winter rust and set a timer for 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. True Tabata style means 90-100% effort during the 20-second work intervals & you only need to do it once. It should be crazy intense!

If the effort is 75-85%, repeat 2-3 times. If the effort is below 75%, repeat 4-5 times.

Rope – I used 3/4 LB

Boxer Step
Alternate Foot Jump
High Knee Jump
Jump Rope Jacks
Cross Feet Jump
Scissor Jump
Jump Rope Off Step

Ropeless- I used 3/4 LB Ropeless

Basic Bounce
Side to Side
Alternating Heel Raises
High Knee March in Place
Lateral Toe Taps
Cross Heel Taps
Back Toe Taps
Double Bounce Heel Raises
